VENTILATED FACADES 

SUBSTRUCTURE

Tecnofacciate engineering offers a substructure in aluminium 6060 made of: 

• expansion joints
  
• expansion brackets
  
• flow brackets
  
• T-profiles of variable height (standard measures in section 100x60x2,5mm)
  
• anchor bolts for mounting brackets to the mechanical wall (steel) and vehicle chemistry rivets (steel) 4.8 mm diameter for fixing profile in T joints and brackets

INSULATION

They are mainly used insulations in glass wool, rock wool, graphite panels or other materials depending on customer needs. Thicknesses 80/100 / 120mm.

SUPPORT PLATES, PLATES AND SPECIFIC GLUES

Tecnofacciate engineering offers aluminum 6060 plates and support plates of variable sizes:

• horizontal plate (P1) 70mm height, thickness 2/3 mm, variable length

• Vertical plates (P2 / P3) 20mm width, thickness 2/3mm, adjustable height

• rivets (steel) diameter 3.2mm for fixing the finishing slabs in T-profiles

• Specific Adhesives for mounting aluminum plates to plates finishing

FINISHING TABORS

Tecnofacciate design proposes finishing tabors of variable sizes in different materials:

• Ceramics

• Marble

• Granite

• Panels HPL

• Laminates

• Super/slim ceramic (finishing sheets of 3mm thickness)
