This modern and elegant villa situated, is situated in an exclusive residential complex in Paratico (BS). The coupling is a patent of Tecnofacciate. The system of hidden hooks provides that each sheet can be removed individually and the joints are completely closed on all four sides of the pottery. Were used porcelain stoneware slabs of the Romani group. The coating did not include only the external facade but also the pillars and the ceiling creating an effect of continuity. This modern villa is a symbol of renewal, change and desire to evolve into a green future, which allows significant energy savings, an elegant visual impact and a long duration in time. We believed a lot in this project and now that it is finished for us is a great satisfaction.
